Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Ingredients:
1 c. stuffing mix
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 lb. hamburg
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tsp. worcestershire
1 Tbs. catsup
Procedure:
Prepare stuffing. Combine milk and meat. Divide into 4 patties. Put 1/4 c. stuffing on a patty. Draw meat over; seal.
Place in 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Combine remaining ingredients; heat and pour over meat. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes.
Serve with egg noodles or rice.
