Ingredients:
3 LB GROUND BEEF ½ TSP OR 2 CLOVES GARLIC 1 ½ TSP GRATED CHEESE 2 EGGS ½ TSP PARSLEY DASH SALT & PEPPER
1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
Procedure:
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN LARGE BOWL EXCEPT THE SOUP. PUT THE MEAT MIXTURE IN A GREASED PAN. POUR MUSHROOM
SOUP OVER MEAT MIXTURE. BAKE @ 350° FOR 1 ½ HOURS.
