Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Ingredients:
1 lb. Ground beef 1 package taco seasoning 1/2 cup of ketchup 16 oz sour cream 1 small can sliced olives 2
green onions sliced 1 tomato cubed 1 ½ cup shredded cheese or so 1 Pillsbury ready made pie crust (in refrigerator
section)
Procedure:
Brown ground beef, drain, add taco seasoning and ketchup and a bit of water. (1/4 cup or so) Mix it well, so it is same
consistency as your normal taco mix. In pie pan place uncooked piecrust. Poke a few holes with a fork. Bake about
5 min. Then add a small layer of cheese; add all the meat, another small layer of cheese. Spoon sour cream over entire
pie and make it even. Add remaining cheese. Top with olives, tomatoes and onions, Bake uncovered about 35 min. Let set about
5-10 min then serve. You can make your filling any way you normally make tacos. I always add ketchup it does wonderful
things to the taste of it. Most people would never know you even added it.
